We’ve put together a FREE handy kit with materials to help businesses successfully implement a Web-To-Print system

Last year, Customer Success Director Greg Young led an educational and insightful session at the Indigo Academy, hosted by our partner HP Indigo, in Spain. The theme was Successful Web-To-Print, and his audience was eager to expand their knowledge on how to make the most of their system. Greg presented solutions to the most common issues companies encounter when implementing a new solution as well as a 4-step guide for an effective implementation.

As the content was greatly praised, we decided to make it available to a wider audience, with videos and materials that will steer both, newcomers to the industry and experienced players, in the right direction to successfully implement a Web-To-Print solution.

“We are passionate about all-things-Web-To-Print, especially when it comes to helping our customers make the most out of their systems. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, we have been involved in numerous projects and have built up an established knowledge base including the most common pitfalls and the best way to progress with an implementation effectively” said Customer Success Director Greg Young.

We therefore created a collection of assets called #SuccessfulWebToPrint Hands-On Kit. As the name suggests, our intention is to share materials that will help users in a practical way. Broken down into four insightful segments (downloadable workbooks, webinar recordings, case study videos and reading materials), all materials are free and on demand.

What’s included in our #SuccessfulWebToPrint Hands-On Kit?

Downloadable workbooks

We created four printable workbooks which will help you audit your current position and create a plan for an effective implementation:

  • Overview: In our first workbook, we will cover some of the most common pitfalls and intend to get you thinking of possible solutions; we also introduce our 4-step guide to effective implementation.
  • Research: Our printable worksheets will guide you through the first step for a successful Web-To-Print implementation. It includes questions to ask potential providers, considerations about functionality and more.
  • Implementation and adoption: For the second and third steps of the process, our worksheets will help you define milestones, team members’ involvement, integrations required and a training schedule.
  • Improvement: The fourth stage of the process involves gathering feedback from your users, analysing the use of current and new features and considering expanding your offering with more storefronts. Our worksheets will guide you on how to perform these activities.

Case studies

Don’t just take our word for it; hear from your industry peers. We had a chat with two of our valued customers.

Tim Arnold, from Arnold Printing, shared his views about the world of Web-To-Print and how it's helping to drive revenue whilst reducing touch points within their workflow.

We also caught up with Sean Ferguson, from Think Patented, who shares his insights on all-things-Web-To-Print, including MIS, integration and the importance of the Amazon shopping experience when providing a print platform for his clients.

One of our favourite takeaways from Greg's Indigo Academy session was the quote from Xerox: “web-to-print is a culture change, not a technology change”. This is the approach we aimed to highlight with our kit; to make the most of a Web-To-Print system, the adoption must be company-wide and planning is essential to achieve a successful result.

To access all materials, simply complete the form - it really is as simple as that. You can also follow #successfulwebtoprint on social media to know more about our latest news, updates and developments, offering higher efficiency to all online print businesses with our SaaS solution.
